Pricing & Payments

How do you determine pricing?

Pricing is based on the square footage of your property and specific cleaning needs. We also conduct a walkthrough beforehand to provide an accurate estimate.

Are there any discounts available?

Yes! We offer 10% off your first cleaning. Claim your discount here.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments. Payment is due upon completion of the service.

Is there a cancellation fee?

Yes, there is a $25 cancellation fee for cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 1–2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time, especially during busy seasons.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

It’s entirely up to you! You can provide access instructions (e.g., a key, code) if you won’t be home.

What happens if I’m not satisfied with the service?

Your satisfaction is guaranteed! If you’re not happy, let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll return to address any issues.

Do you clean up after pets?

Yes, we provide pet-specific cleaning services, including dog poop cleanup. Please inform us of any pets in the home when scheduling.
